I'm sorry to say that Mr. Ronald Nelson did a very dissatisfaction job in representing me in gender discrimination case against PSTA. He took my case in 2014 with all proven documents and company policies that PSTA discriminated against me in their termination of my employment, the case showed that ...females were treated different than males when it came to disciplinary, Ron Nelson took my case which lasted for three years and I came out with $0 . I felt that Mr Ron Nelson did not work the case as thoroughly as he should have, my reason is because he never questioned the main female in the case, also he did not discuss with me his answer to the final request of summary judgement from Psta. ,and last he waited until the last hour to respond to summary of judgement, I feel leading up to the final appearance for summary of judgement, Mr.Ronald Nelson did not represent me as a professional attorney with more than 20-25 years in practicing law, especially with labor law and employment law being his strongest area. Ron had assured me that I would be compensated based on the evidence and testimony of Psta management and employees, and also assured me that we would not loose at summary judgment ,and he has not yet explain to me why we lost or allow me to express my feelings on why we may have lost. He took my money, lost my case and haven't spoken to him since, very unprofessional as an person representing those that can't fight for them selves in court.

I was defending a suit wrongfully brought against me. Mr. Nelson represented me in the matter from start through trial. The case went on for years and there were numerous issues, pleadings and motions which were filed in the case. Mr. Nelson vigorously represented me and kept me abreast of all ac...tivities occuring on the case. The manner in which Mr. Nelson conducted himself during the entire trial was that of a scholar and a gentleman inspite of the poor demeanor of the opposing party and that attorney. Through out the proceedings Mr. Nelson kept in communication with me and followed through on every issue and concern identified to be addressed. Not only did Mr. Nelson defeat the suit brought against me resulting in the Plaintiff receiving $0, but as the defendant, I was awarded a settlement. Mr. Nelson's approach with me was very thorough and considerate of all issues and points of view. Prior to going to trial, I was made aware of all the possible outcomes and the impact of them all. Observing Mr. Nelson defend me in the trial made me extremely proud to have him as my attorney.
