Devin Xavier Dudley

I am a St. Petersburg local, and I am so proud to represent the people in the Tampa Bay Area at Dudley & Dudley Law. My dad raised me knowing that every person deserves quality representation, and that it doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg. I have honed my litigation skills by working at AmLaw Top 150 law firms and local well-established firms in general litigation. Additionally, I served as a Certified Legal Intern for the Office of the State Attorney, 6th Judicial Circuit in Clearwater, FL. As a Certified Legal Intern, I gained invaluable experience with the criminal justice system by learning about the other side of the criminal defense practice. I have also served as an judicial intern to the Honorable Cory J. Ciklin in the Fourth District Court of Appeals in West Palm Beach, FL.

I am experienced in full case management, from investigation to final adjudication in both criminal and civil matters, including: arguing motions, handling mediations and pre-trial conference, depositions, and trial. I have worked in a number of civil litigation matters in addition to my criminal practice including: personal injury, medical products liability, non-disclosure and non-compete employment agreements, receiverships, corporate dissolution, commercial property foreclose, trade secrets, and commercial and residential property sale contract disputes.

Before practicing law, I was on the Trial Team and the Dispute Resolution Team at Stetson University College of Law and competed in a number of trial and alternative dispute competitions -- both nationally and internationally.
