I contacted this group and was connected with Tyler Bannon. He provided me with detailed information about my credit card issue and the steps to hopefully resolve my case. During this one phone call, I was informed of documents that I should provide, the fees, the possible outcome, the timeframe a...nd what I should expect along the way.
