I hired Chris Boss to represent me in a justified real estate foreclosure that involved a home with a questionable sink hole repair reported by Pasco County five years after our purchase of the property. Chris was completely honest and direct with all of my options and proceeded with the negotiations... with the bank. Chris and I developed a legal strategy that was the most cost effective. The fees were very reasonable and were exactly as discussed. I received professional and regular communication with the Boss Law staff. The entire process did require patience to allow the process to go through the required legal hurdles, but the resolution went exactly as Chris described and did not cost any more than the agreed upon fees. The total cost to resolve this issue was very reasonable and did not require filing bankruptcy. I would highly recommend Boss Law to anyone that is going through the foreclosure process.
