He was my first call, and when he told me there was someone better than he (after his 50 years of practice) at evictions in Pinellas I was surely skeptical. But I've learned to admit w...hen I am wrong. Dan Kortenhaus knows the system, knows the process, and knows the people involved, and unlike many other attorneys I've dealt with in my life, will give it to you straight. Give him the facts, he'll give you the options, and as anyone that is in that situation, that is exactly what you want. I couldn't recommend him enough , and thank you so much Dan!

One of the rudest people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. A truly miserable human being. I called him to discuss using his services for an eviction. Right off the bat he was very terse and cantankerous. He told me to tell him what was going on and as I was trying to tell him he kept c...utting me off and at one point told me to shut up. Then he kept asking me the same question over and over and I when I would respond he would tell me that I needed to speak English. I was born in the US and I only speak English. As the call continued he became more and more agitated and began yelling at me. After being berated by this man repeatedly I finally said “I am telling you in English, what do you want me to say?” And he screamed at me “I want you to f-ing (he used the actual word) tell me in English!” At that point I thanked him for his time and told him that he was obviously not the right attorney for me and he screamed something unintelligible and hung up on me. If I’m not even his client and that is the way he treated me, I can’t imagine what he would have been like if I had hired him and was trying to interact with him. I don’t know if he was having a bad day or a bad life, but he is a horrible person.
