Joe Kopp comes from Brecksville, Ohio. He graduated in 2005 from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration; and from Stetson University in 2008 with his Law Degree, a Concentration in Advocacy, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration.
Following law school he initially worked for a large, multi-state consumer bankruptcy firm in Tampa. Within one year of joining the firm, he was selected to train new attorneys and paralegals joining the firm. In 2011 he moved his practice to St. Petersburg, and in 2012 opened his own firm. In 2016 he opened a second office in Tampa. He consistently has been recognized as one of the area's top bankruptcy filers due to the large number of cases which he files.

Excellent Bankruptcy Lawyer
Joe Kopp was my lawyer throughout my bankruptcy case. He explained everything fully and takes a payment plan for fees. When you are filing a bankruptcy the last thing you have is money to spare. This worked wonders for me! A great guy and very easy to work with. Highly recommend him.
