Sean kept his cool and stuck to the facts.
My partner and I hired Sean to help us get out of our lease with an unscrupulous property owner. We were living in a rental house that was in disrepair and we were dealing nearly every day with an owner, property managers and others who made our lives super-stressful. Even when the property owner lashed out personally at Sean, he kept his cool and stuck to the facts. After weeks of back and forth, Sean recovered most of the money owed to us. It was obvious he put in many more hours than he likely initially intended and more than we actually paid for. We couldn't have been more grateful. In addition, everyone we encountered in his office was kind, respectful and unfailingly polite.

We couldn't be more satisfied with Sean's work and are so grateful we chose him to represent us. He works so diligently and tenaciously to get results, and somehow manages to combine being a consummate professional yet friendly and approachable. I was honestly terrified of receiving the final bill considering the hours upon hours he invested in our case (texts, calls, emails, meetings, etc.) after hearing nightmare lawyer stories from other people, but when I did I was shocked at how little he charged us. I never thought I'd say I wanted to pay somebody more than they charged, yet this time I did. Got it done! Helped a tenant in need.
When I signed my lease, I had no idea that the property was about to be sold by the bank. A few months later, I got a notice to vacate. I hadn't had time to save money to move again. They wanted rent paid until the vacate date. I was facing homelessness. Sean took over negotiations and saved the day. I'll now have enough to move. Superb Representation
Couldn’t have asked for better representation, SeanCarlo represented my interests for a landlord-tenant dispute against an unreasonable landlord with a history of ripping off tenants by keeping security deposits. SeanCarlo cooly illustrated the numerous ways the landlord was in clear violation of Florida Statutes, and after having the landlord served, he secured a settlement of my deposit back. Upon retaining SeanCarlo, he immediately began researching into my case, and was easy to get a hold of for updates and clarification.
