Larry Joe Davis

I recently retained attorney Joe Davis in a real estate matter. I had entered into a contract for deed agreement with an individual who later sold the property out from under me to a group of investors and told me I had 24 hours to leave the property and filed an unlawful detainer case against me . ...I did not have the funds to retain an attorney and had looked into some pro bono situations so I represented myself and basically stated that I'm not going to leave the property until the judge tells me to. I filed the necessary papers within the necessary time limits and had even filed a motion to dismiss to no avail. I was basically being railroaded. It turned out to be a David versus Goliath situation and at the last minute I retained Joe Davis at a very reasonable rate. I now plan on using Joe's service's in forming a corporation, some copyright issues, trademark issues and any real estate issues that should arise in the future. When I texted him at first to explain my situation I said I'm basically throwing a Hail Mary; I am putting it in God's hands and pretty much need a miracle. God sent me Joe.
