2010 –Present: Managing Partner, The Keefe Law Group, PA: Founder and managing
member of a business and real estate law firm with deep and broad experience in business
creation and acquisition, contract law, foreclosure defense, short sale negotiation, loan
modification, asset protection and debt restructuring, including bankruptcy law. Together
with affiliated parties, also facilitate real estate sales, investments and title closings.
2008 –2009: President, CLO and Board Member, Extreme Enterprise, Inc. Responsible
for designing and implementing the strategic business plan for an internet-based, social
networking and e-commerce website/portal, ZingSocial, directly responsible for over
$250,000 in equity capital raised in 2008-9. Served as in-house legal counsel, ensuring
SEC compliance, protecting the company’s intellectual property and maintaining
appropriate corporate structures and of-counsel and co-counsel relationships.
2003 – 2007: Real Estate Attorney, Developer and Investor. Purchased, improved and
sold over two dozen waterfront homes and other Florida properties. Purchased and held a
five unit apartment building and bought and sold two office warehouses. Successfully
handled permitting for the construction 21 “affordable housing, energy-efficient” town
homes in the St. Petersburg area.
1999 – 2002: President, Eupen Cable USA: Established the U.S. subsidiary for
Kabelwerk Eupen, a privately-held, $200 million in annual sales, Belgian manufacturer
of cable products, including 50 ohm coaxial cable and connectors for the wireless
infrastructure industry. As President of the newly founded U.S. subsidiary, built a sales
and distribution network employing over 20 people, generating annual sales of over $19

million. Penetrated major wireless carries, becoming a key supplier to, among others,
Cingular Wireless, Verizon Wireless. Complete profit and loss responsibility.
1997 –1998: President, Inter Venture Group: In collaboration with Peter Dehnen,
Dusseldorf, Germany’s leading international tax attorney, established a transatlantic
strategic planning and business development consultancy, representing a select group of
globally active clients, including the Connecticut Economic Resource Center (CERC);
The Dusseldorf Trade Show Authority; Kabelwerk Eupen; the Florida-based, full-service
law firm of Ruden McClosky, Smith, Schuster & Russell (representing Ruden, McClosky
on both a consultancy and “of-counsel” basis).
1993 –1996: Senior U.S. & Foreign Service Commercial Officer, U.S. Department of
Commerce: Appointed by President Bill Clinton and confirmed by the U.S. Senate,
served as an U.S. Commerce Department senior diplomat in Germany, first in Frankfurt
and later in Dusseldorf. Managed a combined German and U.S. staff of 14, focusing on
the promotion of U.S. business-export interests, especially in the apparel, medical and
telecommunications industries.
1989 –1992: Attorney-at-Law, Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg: International trade lawyer,
admitted to practice before the Court of International Trade. Designed global sourcing
strategies for numerous small and mid-sized companies seeking advantage from the
“Caribbean Basin Initiative, the “North American Free Trade Agreement” and the
“Harmonized Tariff Schedules of the United States.” Specialized in Customs
classification and penalties issues for duty purposes.
1987 –1988: Federal Attorney, U.S. Customs Service: Federal Attorney in the
“Classification, Valuation and Penalties Branch” of the U. S. Customs Service, with a
focus on custom duty classification and global sourcing issues for products being
imported into the United States.

1985 –19986: Foreign Policy and National Security Adviser to U.S. Congressman Roy
Dyson: Advised the Congressman on foreign policy and Armed Services Committee
issues, including speech writing and drafting of committee hearing statements.
EDUCATION:
1987: German Academic Exchange Service Lawyers Program. Participated in the
German Government’s prestigious “Foreign Lawyers Program,” which annually
introduces 10-15 internationally experienced Western lawyers fluent in German to the
German legal system.
