Juan Manuel Garcia-Pardo

Juan Garcia-Pardo was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in legal studies. While at UCF, Juan was a member of the UCF Mock Trial Team where he discovered his passion for litigation and trial advocacy. After graduating from UCF, Juan earned his JD from The George Washington University Law School. While attending law school Juan continued honing his trial advocacy skills as a competitor and executive board member on The George Washington University Law School Mock Trial Board, as well as participating in the Public Justice Advocacy Clinic where he represented low income clients with unpaid minimum/overtime wage claims as well as unemployment appeals. During the summer breaks he interned with the Minnehaha County Public Defender's Office in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and the Law Offices of Los Angeles County Public Defender in Los Angeles, California, developing a passion for representing the less fortunate and often neglected members of our society. 

After being sworn in as an attorney in 2015 Juan moved to St. Petersburg, Florida where he began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. During his three years as an Assistant Public Defender he conducted over 30 jury trials and represented hundreds of clients facing both misdemeanor and felony charges. His time with the Public Defender's Office allowed him to further hone his trial advocacy skills and develop case management skills while managing a case load of over 100 clients. Juan left the Public Defender's Office to join the Warren Law Firm in August of 2018 to allow him to represent a wider range of clients with different issues.

Juan is a member of the Florida Bar as well as the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. He is also a member of the St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Hillsborough Bar Associations.
