John reviewed my franchise agreement quickly and thoroughly. He was extremely responsive, turning around comments sooner than I expected he would. He used his knowledge of Florida business laws and the industry in which I'm setting up shop to suggest steps I might want to take beyond the franchise ag...reement, which I appreciated and which make it likely I'll use his services again in future. Further, he showed from the start that he has integrity, as he explained why he couldn't advise me on the initial incorporation document, since I was still based outside of Florida at the time and he explained that I wouldn't be able to justify using a Florida lawyer until I had set up shop in Florida.
