My practice focuses on personal injury, auto accidents, slip and fall, and any other instance of a someone being hurt by another person or company's negligence. I have the trial skills as a former prosecutor and the knowledge gained as a former insurance attorney to achieve the best result for you. My goal is to make every client feel like they are my only client, with a results driven approach.
I also handle criminal defense, and claims involving construction defect and real estate matters. As just a little bit about me, after gaining immense trial experience as a prosecutor, I worked at two small civil defense firms, where I represented business entities, insurance companies and their insureds in injury, auto, and construction defect claims. It was during this time I realized my true passion as an attorney was to be able to help those in need as opposed to insurance companies or corporations.
As an attorney at Chambers Law Group, P.A., I combine my trial skills refined as a prosecutor with my knowledge from defending insurance companies in injury claims to represent those injured as a result of someone else’s negligence. At Chambers Law Group, we pride ourselves on making personal injury claims just that: Personal. I work with my clients one on one. From our initial consultation through the end of your case, you will meet, talk, and deal directly with me. You wont get the run around of answering machines or getting handed off to different assistants or paralegals (though we very much appreciate the work they do!). If you cant come to us, let me know and I'll come to you. Even if you just have a question about a potential claim you or someone you know might have, I am happy to talk with you personally. My services are contingency fee only, meaning you will never pay me a dime out of pocket. I only get paid if we recover on your behalf. Our fees are competitive, and we will work with you to make sure you get the compensation you deserve, even if that means reducing my fee if the case justifies it.
