Biography
Mr. Jason Michael Kral focuses his practice on real estate litigation, complex civil litigation, and corporate law. Mr. Kral was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2009 and became an associate at the Law Offices of Matthew D. Weidner, P.A. in 2010. He obtained his Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in Cleveland, Ohio. In law school, he was a Dean’s List student and a Managing Editor of the Canada-United States Law Journal. Mr. Kral obtained his Bachelor’s degree with majors in Accounting, Political Science, and Public Administration from Augustana College in Rock Island, Illinois. There, he was an Academic All Conference member of the Wrestling Team and member of the honor society, Omicron Delta Kappa. Mr. Kral was born in Sarasota, Florida and currently resides in Tampa with his wife, Angela.
