Honest and Great Help!

I contacted Mr. Coburn for some simple legal advise regarding real estate. I had at least 3 issues where I may need to hire an attorney. He took the time to listen to all my concerns and explained what he could help me with and what he couldn't help me with. He gave me some great advise, and was extremely patient, courteous, kind, honest and a great help to me. He let me know, I don't need to hire him just yet, but advised me on if a certain something didn't happen in a timely manner, that I could hire him with an easy open and shut case - pretty much based on what the law and statute requires. He took his time with me. Did not rush me at all - and I had a lot of questions! He was great! and I assure you, if my situation doesn't pan out like it should and I need to hire an attorney, I will be calling him immediately. I loved his honesty and him being real with me. Some lawyers just want your money and would gladly take you for a ride just to get it. He clearly let me know, what was worth chasing after with a lawsuit and what wasn't. I really appreciate his time and the knowledge he shared with me. I will hire him if needed, and I highly recommend to anyone who needs an attorney with his expertise to hire him. I graduated from Law School in 1984. I spent 20 years in the Orlando Area, when I was invited to St. Petersburg by a law school classmate in 2004. After almost 10 years working in the "Big Firm" environment, I chose to open my own office where I can provide personal service to my clients without having to pay for the "big firm" overhead costs. Therefore, my rates are more reasonable than many other attorneys with my years of experience.

Consultation

I contacted Guy with concerns regarding a condo that I had recently rented. He was extremely descriptive, helpful, and courteous during the consultation. Should I decide to take legal action, I will definitely be reaching out to him for representation. He also answered the phone directly and answered my questions immediately.

Knowledgable and helpful

I contacted Mr. Coburn about my rights as a tenant and he provided several solutions. He was full of details, codes, statues and exact scenarios to expect for each decision should I decide to choose it. If I do need an attorney for any of his practice areas I will feel very comfortable hiring him knowing he will provide full disclosure up front.

Very gracious in offering his time

Upon my initial conversation with Mr. Coburn, I wasn't sure if I would need his services. Even with the possibility that I may not need his services, he spent a good half hour speaking with me about my options and the process of filing a lawsuit. Fortunately, I was able to get my client to pay up with just the threat of legal action. Given the fact he was so generous with his time without expectation of compensation, I believe Mr. Coburn is an honest and trustworthy professional. Outstanding Attorney!

I called and made an appointment to meet with Mr. Coburn at his office for a consultation, and he was extremely knowledgeable in answering my questions! He really helped me and was very reasonable! I would highly recommend Mr. Coburn if your looking for an attorney who knows his stuff! Top notch!

Knows Creditor's Rights

Guy Coburn is very knowledgable about judgment collections and is innovative in finding ways to use the legal system. He knows how to do stuff that other lawyers just don't know how to do.
