Used marble law for custody case and Chris Fordham was assigned. Seemed ok in the beginning but took almost 3 months to start the process with the courts. Recently on april 10th opposing party file documents which needed me to fill out. He sent me documents 3 months later after right before we had to... appear in court for these missing documents. Its been over a year and half and still no court date and havent seen my kids in 4 months. He stated he would reach out to opposing parties attorney and see about setting up temp time sharing (which never happened) multiple emails go unanswered. I ended up leaving for a better attorney. The service is absolutely horrendous and keep away from the service he provides. Marble has refunded partial payment which they sent to a account i closed out and have to wait on a check in the mail vs returning it to the account i paid that service from. Upon asking for a for a detailed billing i was presented with simple complete or incomplete of services i paid for. Customer service from marble seemed good but lack of good attorney/representation make the service useless and a waste of my money and time.

He was opposing counsel in my divorce and he threw me into a instant delinquency situation with child support simply because he filed a motion four months after the agreement of child support, told me to pay the ex via Venmo and now he won’t communicate with the ex. He told my ex “it’s your ex wife’s... problem, not yours” and I have that in a screenshot my ex sent me, the ex husband was shocked at how he acted. Chris won’t prepared for any case and will drag it out just to charge his clients more. I have so much proof of my attorney reaching out as well with no response. He is unprofessional and a scammer.
