Biography
My mission is to help small businesses own, protect and grow the value of their intellectual property. By truly owning the IP that you are growing in your business, you can rest easy, knowing that you have done what you need to do to protect your ideas, brands, works and domain names. In addition, you will know that you own the IP that is created for you by others. This is so important to small businesses, and I have met so many owners who don't own what they thought they owned. If you don't own your intellectual property, then someone else does! That can mean serious problems down the road, when your small business succeeds. Imagine the nightmare of finally succeeding in your struggle to grow your business only to have former vendors and business associates sue you for their piece of your business. Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook doesn't have to imagine. He had to live through it. You don't. Instead, imagine using your intellectual property that you own to grow the value of your business, transferring that value to your brand. By developing a strong brand, you add sales and increase your company's profit margins.
