did not hire The Lipsey Law Firm—they represented the opposing party in my case. However, based on my experience, I have serious concerns about how my case was handled. I believe inaccurate and misleading information was presented to the court regarding my daughter, which had a direct impact on my a...bility to be involved in her life as a father. There were also repeated delays in court proceedings, with hearings being postponed for extended periods, which prolonged an already difficult situation. As a parent who simply wants to be present and active in my child’s life, this experience was extremely frustrating. I encourage others to carefully consider all factors and do their own research when dealing with this firm.

I hired Lipsey to handle some family court matters. He stated he has to be paid before being able to file with the court. After payment of $2,000 he stated he was filing a appearance he never did.He ran off with the payment refused to do any work. I had everything documented I received my monies back... from my bank he refused to release my monies back no one should receive wages for work not provided there was absolutely zero work shown in court dockets. Time is to valuable to waste with someone who doesn’t want to work . That just want to to take from you and not give work back. A special thank you to my bank GOD Bless America .

I hired him for the purpose of getting my ex wife in court to answer as to why she is not following the court ordered visitation schedule the court had awarded me. After more than 2 years and at least 6-7 visits to court, he never produced any results. Ex wife never showed up in court and he did not ...have the knowledge to know what to do about it. I spoke to other attorneys that told me exactly how to make it happen but Mr Lipsey was totally ineffective at making any kind of progress. Furthermore, many months would go by with no updates, phone calls or info from him about what was happening and no sense of urgency about my case at all. As of now I have not seen or spoken to my two kids in two and half years because I made the mistake of hiring this young inexperienced person to represent my case in family law. Do yourself a favor and choose someone else to represent you in court.
