Shirin has been extremely helpful in handling my immigration case from Day 1. She answered my questions that I had prior to the first consultation (most lawyers do not), she was extremely informative on the subject and options during the first consult and thereafter as well. She provided all the cor...rect answers which other lawyers in Tampa had failed to provide me and we were able to go with the correct approach in handling this particular case which was exactly the right choice that had to be made. She promptly followed up with USCIS a couple times as needed due to an error on their end and provided me with the resolution that was required. I 100% recommend Shirin. Not only do I strongly recommend her, I would encourage anyone trying to get a visa or green card for America to use a lawyer. Most try and do it themselves, which ends up costing more $ and not always getting the product. If you saw what Shirin had to put together to first g...et my husband's visa, then a renewal visa, then the green card, you'd want to hire her. She came with us for the interviewing progress. She directed and was on top of it every step of the way. And she really, really knows the law inside and out & how to handle immigration points.
