About Dionnie
Biography
I was born on the island of Jamaica and emigrated to the United States in 1996 to New York City with my daughter Danielle. Where I met my mother Gloria Wynter, who had left the island almost a decade earlier.
My passion for immigration law began the day my mother began helping other families immigrate to the United States.
At that time I made the decision to study law and specialize and close the gap in my community and access to legal services. Over the years I founded the Immigration Law Outreach Project in Pontiac, Michigan, where we helped green card holders become naturalized citizens. This service was provided at no cost.
That's how the Wynter Law Practice was born.
