Replied last August 27, 2018I am sorry you felt a bad vibe over the phone but I would like to clarify a few things since this information is accessible to the public. I do not handle wrongful termination cases nor have I ever sent flyers to people bc they had or were involved in a wrongful termination claim. A while back I used to send brochures to injured workers that were part of a free database the state used to provide us. Was it related to workers compensation perhaps? Also respectfully, I do not believe your research accurately reflects my experience. I have been licensed in Florida since 2001 and have handled well over 2,000 cases. All of that being so, It is entirely possible we did not mesh well over the phone and I always regret losing business so I do appreciate you pointing that out and I will have to be more mindful of the type of first impressions I make over the phone w potential clients.
