The lawyer you want period, hands down, best in town.

I used Todd by chance for a prenup and had such a great experience. Since then I have used him for many other things. He gets the results you want and does it at a very reasonable price. He is the only lawyer I trust and really does care about your issue.

Great experience

The whole team at Westchase law was great to work with. My child custody/ support case went on for over a year, Chad and Kelly were very professional in answering my questions and concerns promptly and straight forward. I know every case is different depending on the circumstance but they were eventu...ally able to help me get the outcome that was best for me and my children. Review of Todd Marks

I hired this attorney when my home was in foreclosure and I was at risk of losing it. Through the efforts of this attorney, the foreclosure was avoided and I was able to get a loan modification with the lender. They worked with me on their fees, and they dealt with the opposing attorney and attende...d the various hearings. Mr. Marks and his staff were very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process.
