12 minutes ago Absolutely amazing! We ran into a mess with a seller who didn't want to close. Thank God we had Todd on our side; he even identified overcharges applied by the other title company. I highly recommend Westchase Law I couldn't be more greatful for his help.

The lawyer you want period, hands down, best in town.

I used Todd by chance for a prenup and had such a great experience. Since then I have used him for many other things. He gets the results you want and does it at a very reasonable price. He is the only lawyer I trust and really does care about your issue.

Very difficult long term divorce .

I hired Mr Marks for my divorce on very short notice, after he was recommend by someone else.He had about two day before we had to be in court for the first time. He was prepared! His job and the job of his partners was made very difficult due to the fact that opposing counsel was blantantly fabricat...ing untrue statements to try and help his client win a favorable outcome. This man trusted me on my word about his fee and untill I could free the cash to pay this firm for my legal bills.He crafted a great game plan and kept me informed of their every move.I always felt very comfortable with his knowledge of the law and my case.He treated me with great respect. His game plan saved me thousands of dollars and severed every attachment to my exwife, allowing me to move forward with my life.One word (outstanding) I hired Todd and his firm as my counsel about one year ago.I NOW CONCEDER HIM MY FRIEND.

Poor legal services

Poor legal services! Westchase Law did not represent myself in my legal manners as they were paid to do. They were not prepared for trial and the attorney that was handling case Kelly Husk Albanese, does not understand family law, or the process. I believe I was her first family law case. When I orig...inally hired Westchase Law to handle my divorce and child custody, I was told by Todd Marks that he as the owner of the law firm would be handling my case. They sold a bill of goods that was in no way what was provided. They feel they are untouchable and can do what ever they like to a consumer because they are attorneys. I verbally complained numerous times the owner of the firm Todd Marks and instead of him trying to make good on the poor performance of his staff, he sued me for "monies owed". They hide behind the phrase that they "do not guarantee their results". Other consumers should know what they are getting into with when hiring Todd Marks, Kelly Husk Albanese and Westchase Law. They overcharged me, did minimal work to say the least and were not prepared at all. I could have had better results handling my divorce on my own. I only say that because I could not have received a worse outcome than what I received hiring Westchase Law.
