Ricardeau Lucceus

Attorney Ricardeau Lucceus has called Tampa Bay home for the past 20 years. Mr. Lucceus graduated from The University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School.

He has also held several licenses in the State of Florida including, but not limited to, Florida 215 Life and Variable Annuities, Real Estate Sales, and Mortgage Broker. He was a Mortgage Correspondent Lender Net Branch Manager, where he oversaw the processing, approval, and closing of real estate refinance and purchase transactions; he further worked with some of the most advanced experts on risk analysis and regulatory compliance at American Mortgage Consultants, where he addressed issues related to Dodd Frank rules, TRID, RESPA, Fannie MAE, Freddie MAC, USDA, and other issues related to secondary mortgage markets and securities.
