I choose Jordan Finley to be my attorney. I’ve never met him in person but he had a way of making me feel I was in good hands. Once the case was filed, it didn’t turn out as he said it would. I was put into financial hardship with this case. Bankruptcy is supposed to help you not hurt you. Now Mr. Fi...nley will not respond to my request for help and they continue to take my money. This is not the way this is supposed to be. I was led to believe he would help, but this was not the outcome I expected

I like for everyone to read this if possible. There are great attorney's but there are superstars. Jordan Finley is not only a great attorney but he is the best. The best; Fast communication with his clients, He gets to the route of your problem fast and offers dead-on accurate advice according to th...e law. He is outstanding! Truly outstanding! His timely follow up with you is outstanding! He cares and he proves it. Even when your situation is over he still provides heart to heart follow and advice if you need him. I highly, " Highly " recommend him to anyone in a troubled questionable financial situation. And here's my last point. He is the one attorney that when you talk to him, You will not lose any personal self-respect. I can write a whole book about the truth and facts about Jordan's outstanding abilities to assist you in your troubled financial times. But it will not be the same reading it. Please call him. then tell all your friends he is the best! I rate him 10 stars.

After a very long journey starting with the implosion of real estate I found myself backed into a legal corner and hired a law firm. I (along with my financial advisor) met with Mr. Finley recently to discuss bankruptcy liquidation and reorganization options, as well as short sell options in order to determine what courses of action that might help me having recently become unemployed and owning a home with negative equity. He wa...s very personable and thorough during the information gathering process. He explained the nuances, advantages and drawbacks of each type of bankruptcy and made some initial observations based on my expressed tentative desires and financial and employment status. He provided a tremendous amount of valuable information during this initial free consultation. Several days later, having reviewed the information that we had discussed, I thought of numerous new questions that I did not know to ask while I was in his office. Mr. Finley very promptly and cordially responded to each of my several followup emails and even answered my additional questions each time. He easily could have told me that only the initial consultation was free and that now I would have to come in for a paid consultation if I needed more information. But he didn't. He recognizes that bankruptcy law is very complicated and with each answer more questions may arise. Filing for bankruptcy is a very serious decision into which much thought must go before making it. I am very thankful to him for helping me to better understand my options. I now feel that I am armed with enough good information that I soon can make a decision as to which route, if any I will pursue.
