EXCELLENT!

Exceptional dedication and service from start to finish! During my search for more information online about bankruptcy and filing was extremely lucky to have found Mr. Finley, he personally returned my call with in minutes and spoke w/ me in great detail of the Bankruptcy filing process. He was very ...thorough and so patient w/ my questions unlike the attorney I had already retained weeks prior that I was unhappy with who left me very scared and confused. Jordan quickly reassured me of exactly what to expect and this was just an initial phone call of inquiry, he knew I had a lawyer already but he went up and beyond to fill in the blanks that my retained lawyer hadn’t. My next phone call was to that other lawyer and request my retainer back and we immediately retained Jordan Finley and I am so grateful to have found him because he and his firm all are a one in a million law firm, because they actually care! Mr. Finley was extremely patient w/ me in getting all my funds together to file but in the meantime he still personally responded to each and every email, phone call and question I had. He even checked in with me every couple of weeks to ensure I didn’t have any additional questions. All before I had paid for my services. After 2 months of back and forth where they continued to provide me with legal advice and were so patient with my situation, he began my Bankruptcy filing process by sending me very detailed instructions for intake forms and the entire process far beyond my expectations all the while putting me at ease when I became nervous about my home in foreclosure. Mr. Finley also filed the necessary responses and motions needed for my foreclosure case with out any additional fees as a courtesy to my daughter and I. I recently had my Debtors Meeting in court last week and once again my nerves were calmed by Alex and Jordan as they explained the entire process all over again putting me at ease. My Bankruptcy Case is in its final process and I can honestly say, with out them I would have lost my daughter and I’s Home and stuck with an lawyer that truly was very greedy and had no care for me or my situation. What sets Mr. Finley and his associates aside from the rest is their dedication, attention to detail and their care for their clients from beginning to end. There is no other attorney I would recommend other then this one and anyone that speaks to him once will understand that with in minutes.

My experience with Jordan

If you're reading this post that means something has happened in your life, and has made you look for consultation and advice, that's the case with the wife and I didn't want to do it but had no choice, let me just say we hired Jordan and decided best of options was to go chapter 13, time passed and ...after 2 years in, we get news our house catches fire, and lost everything the house was under the chapter 13 payments so with no house we called Jordan to ask how could we get that payment of our case, he tells us not to worry he'll take care of everything, and to just change our case to a 7. I guess he's so busy he forgets to look at our docs and missed that was a cutoff and we couldn't change our case just yet. Now not only do I lose my home I had to give up my vehicles and that money paid for the 2 years gone. If that was the only problem I guess we could had dealt with it, but we were charged $1780.00 dollars to make the case from chapter 13 to chapter 7 and he's response was my fault but that money was used to refile, he admitted made a mistake but couldn't refund.

I dismissed my case and I can’t get any answers

I choose Jordan Finley to be my attorney. I’ve never met him in person but he had a way of making me feel I was in good hands. Once the case was filed, it didn’t turn out as he said it would. I was put into financial hardship with this case. Bankruptcy is supposed to help you not hurt you. Now Mr. Fi...nley will not respond to my request for help and they continue to take my money. This is not the way this is supposed to be. I was led to believe he would help, but this was not the outcome I expected
