We met Jordan Finley at a very critical time for our family. We were looking at loss of assets including our home. Well, at the very first conversation it became apparent that we had options to pursue and he became a beacon of hope to my family. Exceptional dedication and service from start to finish! During my search for more information online about bankruptcy and filing was extremely lucky to have found Mr. Finley, he personally returned my call with in minutes and spoke w/ me in great detail of the Bankruptcy filing process. He was very ...thorough and so patient w/ my questions unlike the attorney I had already retained weeks prior that I was unhappy with who left me very scared and confused. Jordan quickly reassured me of exactly what to expect and this was just an initial phone call of inquiry, he knew I had a lawyer already but he went up and beyond to fill in the blanks that my retained lawyer hadn’t. After having 2 Lawyers with the same firm between Oct 2014 and Oct 2015 and had mostly giving up on getting someone who truly cared about the client and had the ability to effectively represent (one left the firm one was temporally assigned). I was lucky to get Mr. Finley assigned to my case. Sin...ce taking over he has worked diligently for me! I enjoy talking to him as he is always very honest in what he thinks is the best way to approach to each problem and has only my best interest on everything he does for me (and I am sure for all his clients). I am an avid internet reader and research everything about what I am focused on. I so I am not one to blindly follow without an understanding to the "why are we doing this aspect". I've had the misfortune in the past year to have to file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, and since then my problem has been compounded by losing my job.
