Evaluating the ratings given attorneys by others is not easy. It’s not easy because most people that evaluate attorneys actually do not really understand the various processes of the legal system and what the role of an attorney in the legal system really is. Attorneys are not magicians. Their job... is to get their client(s) the best resolution possible, given the facts and the law and how the law is interpreted. That said, I am a non-lawyer and, because much of my work is conducted in the dispute resolution arena, I have observed many attorneys in action. She has won many cases that many other attorneys would not have had the skills and ability to convince judges and juries to rule in her and her client’s favor.
