Fantastic, Brilliant, Sharp and Caring

Attorney Demosthenous was able to help bring me out and above a situation that I felt buried under. His help and expertise is unmatched. The very best outcome possible

When I contacted Charley I was desperate. I live out of state and I had a 2 year-old violation of probation warrant. and I was driving around without a valid license - I couldn't renew it when it expired due to the warrant. The best I hoped for was a reinstatement of probation so I could complete the... terms of my sentence - community service, alcohol school, fine. But I was also concerned that I might have to travel to Florida and turn myself in at the jail. Or worse, I would get pulled over, arrested, and extradited to Florida. But Charley presented my circumstances and medical issues to the judge and his honor terminated my probation altogether!! WhooHoo! Now I can get my license back.

Excellent and Knowledgeable

Charley was responsive to calls, easy to talk to, direct, and cuts through the bull. He represented me on a trumped up DV case and injunction and worked tirelessly. Charges were dropped and the injunction was denied. Thank you Charley!

He helped me out when I really needed it!!

I called him in the morning and he found out I had court that same day!! He went for me and got my case dismissed. He was kind, listened to what I had to say, and didn't treat me like an idiot, which some other lawyers did. I am very grateful to have found him! Oh, he got my traffic case dismissed to...o. I would hire him again anytime and HIGHLY recommend him!!
