Biography
Rachael is the managing attorney at Rachael Ledet Rudin, P.A., a legal practice devoted entirely to marital, family law, estate planning and probate. She is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. Rachael was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, but has lived in Tampa since 2006. She graduated with honors from Louisiana State University in 2006, earning her B.A. in English Literature and a minor in Business Administration. In 2009, Rachael graduated with her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, where she served as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.
Rachael is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Family Law Executive Council, serving in the role of Chair for the 2020-2021 bar year. She previously served on the Board of Directors for Are You Safe, Inc, a non-profit organization which provides free legal services to victims of domestic violence. She was also a member of the 2015 - 2016 Hillsborough County Bar Association Leadership Institute, and the Hillsborough Association for Women Lawyers, co-chairing the organization’s mentoring committee in 2013-2014.

Summary Probate
We found Rachel from a family legal review somewhere, and she helped us through what we assumed to be a simple resolution of my wife's sister. There were some out of state issues, but she explained how summary probate works, and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Recommended HIGHLY!
