About Henri
Biography
I am the founder of The Bardhi Firm, P.A., where I focus on estate planning, business transactions, and tax strategy for individuals and families throughout Florida. I received my law degree as well as my LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, which is ranked as one of the top three tax law programs in the country.
Over the past decade, I have successfully structured hundreds of comprehensive estate plans, executed dozens of advanced tax-mitigation trusts (including GRATs and ILITs), and served as counsel on complex corporate transactions, including high value M&A deals.
My approach centers on three principles: personal attention, clear communication, and continued guidance. I believe that my clients should understand what they are signing, that plans should be built to last, and that estate planning and business planning should work together when needed. I handle every matter personally and remain available to clients as their lives and circumstances evolve.
I serve clients throughout Florida from my Tampa Bay-area practice.
