Michael C. Minardi

Michael is my Co-Director at the Silver Tour. He is active in advocating for reform of marijuana laws in Florida. I've referred many criminal cases to Michael and the outcomes have been excellent. The 1st time I had even heard of Mike Minardi he was on bay news 9 talking about cannabis I figured how brave, someone who believes in this medicine and was not scared to talk about it on a news channel. A few months later our home was raided at gun point our life got flipped upside down.... My hubby called Mike and we talked for about an hour. He decided to take our case. What the police found was total of almost 18 grams and hydroponic equipment in the attic not in use for anything. We were both arrested and they wanted to charge us both with a felony and a misdemeanor. They removed our child from school and gave her to a family member. During the 23 months (yes almost 2 years) of court postponements, changing the prosecutors a few times and other issues. During that time I went through a lot of illnesses, depression and always feeling like we were Prisoners in our own home. Anytime we needed to talk to Mike he was there, he would explain things we were not sure of that could happen. I take 21 pills a day as long as I can fight this battle I will. In our court case I got 2 misdemeanors that were adjudication withheld. My hubby got also 2 misdemeanors, 6 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and monthly drug testing (due to having a prior 11 yrs ago) I am so honored to have Mike in my life now. Like many others i chose cannabis over other prescription drugs. Im a vet with severe ptsd and cannabis is the only thing that works for me. After a "tip" the police came to my door and threatened me with harassment if i didnt agree to let them in long story short i had four plants growing which they... found. After my public deffender did her thing which was three years probation plus loose my firearm rights i fired her and hired Michael. It took several months but the friday before my trial started the da decided not to go up against Michael she offered with hold adjudication plus court cost im sure i could have went to trial and beat it all together but didnt want to risk it plus it was more money. Michael was great and put me before the money and you couldnt ask for a better attorney not to mention he drove four hours each way to make sure i was taken care of.

I'm a patient not a criminal. I use medical cannabis and decided to choose it over the opiates my current Doctors wanted to prescribe. My home was robbed police were called.
