Hire him!

He took my car accident case even though a previous attorney I had years ago for another case told me it wasn't worth his time (his actual words) as I had pre-existing conditions and probably wouldn't get much at all. Mr. Eaton took my case and I got far more than the other attorney had estimated, gi...ving me peace of mind as my medical bills were more than adequately covered. :-) Both he and his staff are knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely be keeping their number just in case I or anybody I know needs it.

David and his staff are professional,friendly,informative,etc Phone calls were answered promptly,at times by David himself.Guided us through as to what we should and/or should not do with our case.Trusted his suggestions when it came to making our final decision.

Wrongful Death/Medical Malpractice

After the sudden loss of my husband, I met with an attorney to try to determine any action I might take. That attorney felt that I had a case that should be pursued but recommended that I meet with David Eaton who he felt was better qualified to handle my case. I met with David and he took my case.... This was the most difficult situation I had ever encountered in my life. David and his staff were helpful and patient with me from beginning to end. David handled all aspects of my case. He obtained all the necessary medical records and arranged all of the necessary expert witnesses to review the information. He handled all of the depositions from the experts as well as the defense. I am very happy to report that my case was settled successfully. I will always be grateful for all of the help I received from David and his staff. He was able to get justice for me and my late husband.

Medical malpractice Lawsuit

Mr. Eaton represented my Mother-in-Law in a medical malpractice case. Mr. Eaton, and his staff, were always accessible, always understanding of our limitations and always very clear in their communications. Mr. Eaton went out of his way to reassure me, and my Mother-in-Law, during the entire proces...s.
