Custody/timesharing can come from a divorce, or through establishing legal paternity when a child is born out of wedlock. I also help modify existing custody orders to help men be more involved with their kids' lives.

I represent men in establishing child support, as well as modifying the amount based on substantial changes in circumstance. I also deal with issues pertaining to Department of Revenue actions.

Although I deal with most aspects of family law, my main focus is representing men in divorce. I have gone through a divorce in Hillsborough County myself and can relate to the challenges men face.
