I spoke with Mariel Lanza about my will. She was more than happy to help. Got it done, but am still waiting on it to be mailed to me which she told me it was in the mail 2 weeks ago. Still haven't got it. Cannot reach her by phone, texting, e-mail. She won't return my calls or the other. I have... already paid her, but she seems to have disappeared. I am very disappointed in her. Don't know how to get my money back.

Not professional at all. If you are trying to find a lawyer efficient and that respects your time, go somewhere else. I had an appointment made by her assistant and when I was driving to the office I called to double verify the address. My appointment was canceled because they made a mistake and Mari...el Lanza was not available that day. Gave them a Second chance, we set up a phone consultation and 2 times was rescheduled. Now I text and I don’t even get a response. Imagine if this is only at the beginning, what else are you going to expect during the process!? Terrible 0 stars if I could.
