John Douglas Anderson

I hired Mr Anderson for a criminal defense post conviction relief that was filed. When the court struck the motion and gave him 60 days to correct a simple certificate of service error, Mr Anderson never complied with the court and almost got me time barred. Luckily, I was able to file it myself pro ...se due to his neglegence and now await the courts response. I have since filed a complaint with the Bar. It has made its way through two different committees and I now await a final decision from the grievance committee.
