Mr Shaw, initially impressed me after I made the first phone contact with him. I mistakenly thought that I had more days to respond to a divorce petition, and I found out I was wrong after speaking to Mr.Shaw. I was a nervous wreck ,since, my then husband filed for a divorce and did not say anything... to me about a divorce and we were still living together. I contacted Mr Shaw on a Friday afternoon and he offered to meet me the next day (Saturday) for our consultation so that I would not miss the deadline for the court response. Mr Shaw went out of his way to see me on a Saturday when his office is closed and I am appreciative of this small act of kindness. Abhi is very knowledgeable and explained what I can expect to happen as the divorce proceeded. Abhi also addressed any questions or concerns I had in a timely manner. If I phoned him and if he did not answer, I quickly learned that I could expect him to call back within the next hour or less. This is one of the other things I liked about Abhi. And I will say, that I phoned him a number of times thru my divorce and always found him to be honest and sincere in his responses. Abhi also provides excellent aftercare. After my divorce was finalized, and my attorney services with Abhi was concluded I had to phone him again. My difficult ex spouse was refusing to cooperate with sharing certain documents and after speaking to Abhi , I received the documents within 20 minutes from my ex spouse. Abhi was no longer my attorney, but he immediately, mediated for me and I received the needed documents. I had to ask Abhi for help on 3 different occasions, after my divorce was finalized. On every occasion, Abhi returned my phone calls promptly and was successful in getting me the needed results. He also quickly followed back up with a brief phone call, to inform me that the documents were in my email. As well, as being a excellent attorney, Mr Shaw offers a payment plan for his services. This was a helpful option for me since, this was a divorce that I never saw coming. Thank you Abhi, for all your services, advice and time, and help, in concluding this divorce action in my favour. Your kindness and professionalism is very much appreciated.

Upon first consulting with Mr. Shah he explained the case thoroughly and to the point. I immediately wanted to hire him and as lawyers obviously they try to sell their services much like a businessman would. He did just the opposite. He would not let me hire until I consulted with at least three dif...ferent attorneys before hiring him. I am beyond grateful I chose him. He is very understanding and he looks out for the best interest of his client. He is always available and will get you what is deserved. He is well known and liked in the courtroom and will answer any questions as well as provide you with any information you may need. The custody portion of my divorce had not been going well with my previous lawyer despite the facts of the case being in my favor, so I let him go with the idea that I would handle the case myself. I was completely overwhelmed, but still didn't think I wanted to hire a lawyer when I got the letter in... the mail from Mr. Shah. After a couple of days I got a subpoena for a hearing about child support even though and order on support had just been filed. I decided that I needed a lawyer again after all, so I decided to meet with him. I was impressed by his idea of a strategy for my case, so I hired him. Over the next month he moved quickly and got the extra case dismissed. He then set a hearing for another case management to again request additional time sharing. While this is only a temporary plan, he has already got me more time with my son than I could have hoped at 3 days per week now. I had been getting very little time and this was a drastic increase for me. As things stand now I feel we are in a good position moving forward to get the results I'm hoping for. I couldn't be more pleased with Mr. Shah's performance so far. He prepared an excellent strategy and in court was very intelligent and thorough in his questions. As far as I'm concerned, the quality of his performance for me so far would have been underpriced at twice the price he's asking. Other practical matters would be that he has always been courteous and responded promptly to all communication, whether text, call, or email. Another positive to me is that he is very eager to apply the leverage to try to convince my ex to settle without a long court fight. While my ex is more stubborn than most, I think his methods would be effective in nearly every other case, and may still be effective in mine despite her unwillingness so far.

Mr Shah is an amazing attorney. He answered all my questions and handled every aspect of my divorce. On the day of my divorce he was in an accident on the way there & instead of rescheduling he handled it by phone (conference call ) while I was in front of judge. He also handled my brother's divorce ...& did an outstanding job on his as well. He is such an amazing attorney he will be handling my nephews as well. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
