Years ago I had a dream vacation of mine cut short and ruined by a negligent hotel infested with bed bugs. They wouldn’t give me a refund whatsoever even after cutting my trip short because they wouldn’t work with me to get transferred to another location! I didn’t know what to do and after a google ...search, found him, and he absolutely crushed them and made my really awful vacation into something that was actually nice.
