My honest review of Ticket Clinic is that I would not recommend them based on my experience. I initially received a letter stating that everything had been completed and that I did not have to pay anything. Then, about three weeks later, I received another letter saying that I owed $197. My ori...ginal ticket was already over $100, so after paying Ticket Clinic, I ended up spending nearly twice what I would have paid by simply handling the ticket myself. Based on my experience, I would not use Ticket Clinic again. Save yourself the extra expense and just pay your ticket.

I hired Mark Gold for a traffic ticket and had a great experience from start to finish. He was very responsive whenever I had questions and explained everything clearly so I always knew where things stood. He handled the case himself, so I never had to appear in court, and it moved much faster than I... expected. In the end, I avoided any points on my license, and the price was fair for the service. Highly recommend him if you're dealing with a traffic ticket and want someone straightforward and easy to work with.

I live in NH and was visiting my son in Jupiter. For the second time in my life I rented a car. On April 19, 2026 I was crossing an intersection. I wasn’t all the way through the intersection when a young lady hit the back end of my car. I was subsequently cited for 2 offences, each carrying a $$166... fine. - failure to yield - no proof of insurance I was really nervous about it all because I knew it would affect my auto insurance rate and my driving record.My son- in -law advised me not to pay the fine because it would be an admission of guilt. He assured me that the Ticket Clinic could get me out of this jam. I took his advice and contacted the Ticket Clinic and thank God I did! For the price of $195 both citations were dismissed! This action benefitted me in two ways. One, I avoided paying $332 in fines and two, none of this went on my driving record or to my insurance carrier. Through email messages Ticket Clinic kept me informed every step of the way. On September 1st, 2026 an attorney appeared on my behalf at the North County Court House. I got notification from the Ticket Clinic that “all charges against me have been dismissed. No points and no conviction will appear on my record.” WOW! I was elated!! I am extremely grateful that the Ticket Clinic was able to get me out of this and for keeping me informed all the - and all at a reasonable cost and in a timely manner. Thank You Ticket Clinic
