Do NOT use this attorney!!!!
By far the worst attorney I've ever incountered. I would also consider her a crook in that when we parted ways, she kept the bulk of my retainer after doing VERY LITTLE work on my case. I've never seen an invoice that "nickeled and dimed" such insignificant tasks in my life. I would have been emba...

Replied last October 23, 2009This client retained the firm with a non-refundable retainer and then after several months of constant work decided to no longer do a bankruptcy. The client was charged for the work that was done and the remainder of the retainer was returned to him, although it was non-refundable.
