I initially consulted with Kathryn Reeves regarding my son's petition to adjust status after his application was denied after being verbally approved at interview. I was frantic as that only left very few options for my son's approval and I was unsure of what the safest way to proceed was. She did he...r homework and found several options for me and my son.
