Biography
I do not view estate planning as planning for death, but rather as planning for living. As such, I enjoy working with clients who want to focus on providing for their families in a unique and tax-efficient manner. Therefore, I do not use a “cookie-cutter†approach to practicing law; I give my clients the time that they need to create a special plan for their loved ones.

I am blessed to have a wonderful wife and two children. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, as well as playing golf and freshwater fishing.

PROBLEM CAUSED BY OFFICE ERROR
I HIRED MR. KELESKE TO REVIEW THE ESTATE PLANS OF A FAMILY MEMBER WITH ALZHEIMERS. I EMAILED HIM REQUESTING THAT THE FINAL INVOICE BE EMAILED TO ME. INSTEAD OF EMAILING ME AN INVOICE AS REQUESTED, HIS OFFICE SENT THE INVOICE TO THE FAMILY MEMBER WITH ALZHEIMERS. THE MAIL WAS PICKED UP AND OPENED BY ...
