The love of my life was struck by a car, while riding his motorcycle. He is lucky to be with us today, due to the horrific injuries that he sustained as a result of the accident. A personal friend of ours called the law firm where John is a team member. Needless to say, our world as we knew it was... shattered. Me. Rogers came to me and introduced himself. I was in shock. Yet, I could sense that he was compassionate and trustworthy. He helped me, help the love of my life, by being a rock and a friend. He understood that I needed to gather my wits in order to be there for my love, during his unsure recovery process. His steadfast attention to our needs, led me to seek help with my PTSD and enabled me to focus primarily on my love's long recovery process. When Bill began to regain some of his faculties, he and John met a formed a bond. This has been the most horrific and challenging event in both of our lives. It has been approximately 9 months since our journey began and John has been there with us through it all. We still have challenges in our future. But, I know we can do it and we are going to be okay. I would say John Roger's best quality is most definitely his humanism. Not to mention his excellent knowledge and understanding of the laws that are in place to protect and assist victims involved in an accident. We call him friend now.
