I was involved in an automobile accident in September 2015. The vehicle I was a passenger in was hit from the rear by a driver that was intoxicated. There were 4 occupants in their vehicle and not one of them claimed to be the driver at the scene and they revealed that the vehicle was borrowed. ... My husband and I hired attorney John Rogers, who is an attorney with the Michels and Booth firm, only after explaining the facts of the case were concerning without knowing who the driver was and that the owner of the vehicle was not in the car at the time of the accident.
