Ivan Thaddeus Lenoir II

Ivan T. Lenoir II graduated from Marlboro College with a B.A in Economics and received a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Duke University.  He then pursued a career in law, attending the Barry University School of Law and the University of Florida Levin College of Law.  Upon receiving his Juris Doctor, he was admitted to the Florida Bar.  

After graduation and admission to the Bar, Mr. Lenoir accepted a position as an associate with a local real estate attorney’s office, where he handled residential and commercial real estate closings, landlord-tenant matters, and foreclosure cases.  Within one year of being admitted to the State Bar, Mr. Lenoir decided to go into private practice and immediately launched his career as a well-known, accomplished, and respected real estate and family law attorney in the Tampa Bay area.  

Originally from Savannah, Georgia, Mr. Lenoir brings a different approach to his legal practice in Tampa, Florida, where he has been practicing law since admittance to the Florida Bar.  His career has centered to a large extent on general real estate practice, with a particular focus on foreclosure defense, residential and commercial closings, and landlord-tenant matters.  In addition, Mr. Lenoir also has extensive experience in family law practice areas.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lenoir was employed as a legislative assistant under Sonny Perdue, Governor of Georgia.  Mr. Lenoir’s previous work experience has also included a stint as a researcher and policy analyst for the Fox News Channel’s O’Reilly Factor.

In Mr. Lenoir’s tenure in the Tampa Bay area, he has earned a reputation throughout the legal community as a reasonable attorney who fiercely represents his clients in the pursuit of the most favorable result.
