Biography
Cynthia Hernandez is a native New Yorker, but attended secondary school and college in Florida. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Florida and her law degree from Florida State University College of Law. In Tallahassee, Cynthia worked as a law clerk for the Department of Financial Services handling insurance regulation and appeals. She also worked as a certified legal intern with the State attorney's Office in Hillsborough County. Upon graduation, Cynthia worked as an assistant public defender in Pinellas County. She has handled thousands of cases over the years and exclusively practices in the area of Marital and Family Law.
