DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT USE TONYA BISHOP ON YOUR CASE. SHE LIED ON MY CASE AND CLAIMED THERE WAS EVIDENCE THAT CAN BE USED WITHIN THE OTHER PARTY SHE EVEN AGREED WITH THE ALLEGED VICTIMS. I ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES TO SEE THE EVIDENCE THAT THEY SUPPOSEDLY HAD AND SHE WOULDNT EVEN RESPOND I HAD GO DOWNTOW...N TO HER OFFICE JUSR FOR HER NOT TO BE THERE. I HIRED A PRIVATE LAWYER AND HE PROVED THERE WAS NO EVIDENCE AS WELL AS WE GOT A THE CHARGES DROPPED. TONYA DIDNT EVEN FIGHT FOR A DEAL SHE WAS SO NON CARING ABOUT MY CASE. SHE IS THE TRUE DEFINITION OF A PUBLIC PRETENDER SHES A WASTE OF TIME I DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND HOW SHE EVEN HAS A JOB OR MADE IT THIS FAR IN HER SO CALLED CARRER. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

In 2014 I made some bad decisions and unfortunately accumulated several warrants for seven felonies. I of course assumed that all hope was lost. I knew that I scored more than enough points to go to prison for more than a decade! I was at the point of giving up. After all I can afford a defense at...torney by any means and my conscience told me I had made some bad decisions and was probably going to have to pay for them. The state attorneys office wanted to serve me the harshest penalty possible and seen you go to prison. I am a husband to a homemaker with three children that I thought I was going to abandon to serve time. One day I was talking to another attorney about my situation and he strongly recommended Tanya. I figured, what do I have to lose? I'm already in a horrible spot as it is! I gave her a call and she gave me and explain to her my situation. I told her that I didn't have a lot of money but I did have a job. She set aside a time for me almost immediately for a free consultation! Needless to say my case was close to $10,000! Just before I thought it was time to give up she explained to me that she was willing to take a low down payment with payments that I can afford every month! I was so excited I have found myself a defense attorney. In the back of my mind though I wondered if she would be as good as I hoped she would taking such a small down payment. I can honestly say that I have never met anyone that showed as much caring, consideration and diligence to help me and defend me in a court of law! Tonya explain to me that the maximum penalty I was facing was 35 years! I almost passed out. But she fought harder than I have ever seen anyone fight. She stood in front of the judge and argue my case as I sat behind her smiling because I felt for the first time that somebody was defending me with every ounce of energy that they could. Her office and her took the time out to find every thing about my case that they could to help me. I have since then had to hire her for several other cases all of them relatable to the first crimes that I committed. I wanted to cry at one point because I thought that the state would never give up trying to put me in prison for crimes that didn't hurt anyone other than myself and my family. Today I am writing this review as a free man with only two years of probation left and a small amount of restitution to be paid! I felt so confident walking into that court room over and over again with Tanya. I knew that I would always walk out a free man because she didn't fight for me for just money she fought for me because she honestly cares about helping people and keeping families together. If you were tired Tanya I can personally guarantee that you would get the most out of her, more than any other attorney that I have hired in the past. (Yes,I just admitted to having an extensive record ). I'm writing this from my bed in my room as I lay next to my wife hearing my children play in the living room thank you Tanya so much for making that possible! Anytime I've needed any advice she has answered my text and my calls. She has even taken the time out to talk to me about personal issues that I'm going through, Including getting jobs, the way I feel about myself, how to handle personal issues out of the kindness in her heart! She did it merely as a friend. If you hire Tanya you're not just hiring one of the best defense attorneys in the Tampa Bay area. You are hiring someone who truly cares about making sure that if you are innocent it will be proven and even if you are you will be able to pay for your mistakes in the cheapest way possible without heart ache and pain. At the end of the day all I wanted was freedom but she has given me so much more than that! She has given me hope that even though I am a convicted felon I am still a person and I deserve to be heard. I absolutely adore her as a person, as a friend and as one of the best defense attorneys that I have ever met in my life.

I hired Tanya not just once but three times. I have to say that each time she has far exceeded what any previous lawyer has done for me.( Probation violations, and even went to trial for a dui,and did amazing work there!) I have been in trouble numerous times over the years. I have never had a lawyer... like her, not only did she represent me . She amazed even me with her knowledge of Law,and the care she gave me. WOW a lawyer that cares for more than just the mighty buck. Shocking but so true! She walked in the court room like a Fiery Fire Cat in heels surprising me with the passion and care she puts into her work. Lawyers tend to take on too many cases, and you dont quite get 100%, with Tanya you get 150%. She will take the time to go over your case,not just showing up and winging it as past lawyers have done for me in the past. I have referred her to anybody I ever come into contact with. I referred one close friend in trouble,and Tanya did amazing things representing him. Tanya is a AWESOME lawyer! Example is that most recently I had violated a 70 month suspended sentence being on probation. I will say that this was my fourth violation. MY FOURTH! I figured as Tanya always got me reinstated, that I could get that. Bad news is I went in front of the judge ( using a public defender) and was given the 70 month prison sentence at this time I freaked out and called Tanya. Tanya not only dropped her fee down, She showed up with little notice, She filed a motion and a week later I was in court and home, and on less probation than I originally had! She saved me from going to prison. I owe Tanya my life! If I could ball her up and carry her around like a cell phone I would. I know when Tanya is around , I am in good hands. I trust her fully, and will recommend her to anybody! I dont look at Tanya just as a lawyer. I look at her as a friend, because only friends can care as much as Tanya does! Thank You Tanya for all that you have done for me. I hope that I dont need you again, but know this.... If I do Im calling you ASAP. You are one kickass lawyer!

I was referred to Tanya by a friend. I am so thankful that I hired her to handle my case. I’d never been in trouble before and was terrified, but she her guidance and compassion made me feel much more at ease through the process. She was always available to answer my questions even if it was a weeken...d or after 5 pm. My seemingly simple DUI case had a ton of unexpected twists and turns due to circumstances with the court and the case – Tanya was always right on it and aggressively fighting for me in order to get everything resolved quickly and to let me know what was going on. Tanya was knowledgeable and honest. My case ended up getting dismissed completely thanks to Tanya.
