I have so many good things to say about Nick C. It is hard to know where to start. I've known Nick since his very first day at the Monk Law firm. I was very skeptical about his experience at first, but he has surpassed all expectations. He has handled 2 dependency cases, one support case, and a name ...change for one of my children. Nick took it all on and did not back down. He actually knew the law better then the judge did on a couple of hearings. He is always respectful, caring and very Christian. He does his very best to get you want you want. He was able to do so many wonderful things not just for me my kids. (Which he knows by name) many lawyers dont take the time to know your whole file let alone your kids names. I would highly recommend Nick for any task as he is always up for a challenge, and if he can win my cases... he can win any case.

Mr. Cacciatore helped me when I needed it most and with a case that at first seemed to be a massive uphill custody battle. He stayed in constant and reliable contact with me and my family, always had a plan, was decisive in the court room and always took the time to go over and explain thoroughly and... in full detail any litigation or plan he presented. I would HIGHLY recommend him.

I hired Nick through the Monk law firm to help with a relocation case. Relocation cases are impossible and Nick was able to get mine granted with out a trial. He worked so hard on my case and treated me honestly like family. Since my case he has reached out to make sure my kids and I are doing good. ...I will hire him again and again if needed.
