Mary Elizabeth Lanier

Ms. Lanier represented our family in lengthy litigation when my Aunt's hairdresser became her emergency guardian. She worked tirelessly to reveal to the court how the frail and elderly can be easily taken advantage. Even though the opposing attorney delayed and delayed the court date, and the haird...resser put our Aunt into Hospice care, we were able to see the hairdresser scolded by the court for many things, including mismanagement of funds and paying a very questionable male friend to 'see about' our Aunt. Thankfully, our Aunt lived long enough to thwart the hairdresser. Ms. Lanier was professional and compassionate. She fought for our Aunt....tooth-and-nail.
