Biography

Kyle Taracks is an Associate Attorney with Taracks & Associates, where he focuses his practice on criminal defense and DUI representation throughout the Tampa Bay area. Working alongside his father, Barry Taracks, Kyle is dedicated to protecting the rights of individuals accused of criminal offenses and helping clients navigate the complexities of the criminal justice system.

Education & Background
Kyle graduated Cum Laude from the University of South Florida before earning a scholarship to attend Stetson University College of Law, Florida’s oldest law school and a nationally recognized leader in advocacy education. After graduating from Stetson, he successfully passed the Florida Bar Examination and has been practicing law ever since.

A Florida native with deep roots in the Tampa Bay area, Kyle grew up in Pinellas County and has spent much of his life in the communities he now serves. His familiarity with the local courts, communities, and legal landscape helps him provide clients with practical guidance and effective representation.

Throughout his legal career, Kyle has developed a strong foundation in criminal defense, representing individuals facing a wide range of misdemeanor, felony, and DUI charges. He understands that every case is unique and is committed to providing clients with personalized representation and clear guidance at every stage of the legal process.

Professional Practice
As an Associate Attorney at Taracks & Associates, Kyle handles a variety of criminal and DUI matters throughout Hillsborough, Pinellas, and Pasco Counties, regularly appearing in county and circuit courts across the Tampa Bay area. He works closely with clients to evaluate the facts of each case, identify potential defenses, and develop effective legal strategies designed to achieve the best possible outcome.

Outside the office, Kyle enjoys spending time on Florida’s waterways, boating, playing pickleball, and maintaining an active lifestyle through regular fitness training. His lifelong connection to the Tampa Bay area and commitment to serving its residents reflect the same dedication he brings to his clients every day.
