When you think Lawyer, what comes to mind is the opposite of Felix Montanez. For me I always pictured some fast talking, little personality - shut in that would say yes to any case to get a few dollars. With this guy we have gotten the exact opposite and more. Felix has helped us out in severa...l matters where his expertise and ability to provide good counsel made us money. Being in the real estate investment business he has provided several drafts which we use in our regular business. He also has consulted on key landlord tenant issue where we had to use the law to make people do what they said they would do. Felix has a way of making the law simple while being ready to kick some ass when necessary. Very easy to work with and compassionate human being on a personal level. Any matter regarding business, real estate and general law, he is your guy. It's also a tremendous plus that he speaks Spanish. Having counsel that can communicate is Spanish has also helped us make more money with clients that value that option. We highly recommend Felix Montanez.
